iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Service Plans for “No Sound” Issues

Apple has confirmed that a very small number of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices may experience sound issues due to a possible failure of a component on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro earpiece modules. The production date of the affected devices is between October 2020 and April 2021.

If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro has no sound from the handset when making or receiving calls, your device may be eligible for service.

Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will repair eligible devices at no cost.

iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max models are not covered under this plan.
